To return/exchange the order, you can log in to your account, under “My orders” section tap on the specific order and then the exchange/return button next to the product you want to send back to us.
If your order hasn’t been placed but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically rolled back to your source account within 10 days.
If the amount doesn’t reflect in your account within 10 days, do check your bank statement.
