At Zing, we believe in keeping things simple and making you smile. Our return and exchange policy is all about your satisfaction, so you can shop worry-free.

1. Stress-Free Returns and Exchanges:

Didn't quite get what you expected? No problem! We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. Your happiness is our priority.

2. Eligibility:

Just keep it in a new, unused condition with all the tags and packaging. We're cool with that! Items showing signs of wear or damage due to customer handling may not be eligible.

3. Simple Return Process:

Returning or Exchanging is a snap:

1. Log in to your Zing account

2. Navigate to the 'Order History' section.

3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.

4. Follow the prompts to initiate the return or exchange process.

4. Free Returns:

We've got your back! We understand that sometimes a style or size may not be a perfect fit. Return / Exchanges are free within India. When you raise a return/exchange request, a reverse pickup will be initiated by us, please ensure to pack it safely and handover! The reverse pickup will be attempted twice, in the event of missing it or if reverse pickup service is not available for your region kindly send it back to us to Advart Clothing, No.226, Annapoorna Layout, New Siddhapudhur, Coimbatore 641044.

International customers may be subject to shipping fees for returns and exchange.

5. Speedy Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days. You can check your return updates in your account under my orders.


Free items received on any promotional activities are not eligible for a return/refund. If an item is bought under sale price, the refund amount will be the same as the amount at the time of purchase.

6. Easy Exchanges:

Want a different size or style? While you initiate an exchange request Just pick a product from our available inventory and we'll send it your way. No extra cost! 

The amount you paid for the old item will be adjusted in the price of the new item. Anything more will be refunded to your source account, in case of COD it will be credited to your wallet.

7. Gift Returns:

Received a Zing product as a gift? No problem! We can assist you with gift returns, and you'll receive a gift card for the item's value, which you can use for future purchases.

8. Quality Assurance:

We stand by our product quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.
